2024 HOLIDAY HOURS
This page provides essential information regarding our holiday hours and the rules for clocking in and out.

Should employees work any time outside of what is on the inventory schedule, Timekeeping will need a list of everyone working over shut down.

PTO hours over 100 and Holiday hours that have been banked will automatically be paid out with the Dec. 19th payroll.
If you would like to use your banked Holiday pay or PTO for shut down, the hours will need to be submitted into the timecard no later than Friday, December 13th.
Thanksgiving Hours​
Thursday, Nov. 28th | Closed all Day
Friday, Nov. 29th | Closed all Day
Christmas Party Weekend Shift Hours
Saturday, November 30th | Christmas Party
Weekend Shift will work till 2:30. Weekend shift employees will need to coordinate with their supervisors to make up the lost time during 11/25-11/27 to receive their 4 hour bonus.
Must submit lack of work in ADP from 2:30 to 6:30 if going to the Christmas party
For employees not attending the Christmas Party, there will need to be 2 Leads present to finish out the shift (6am-6:30pm)

Sunday, November 31st (day after party)
Anyone that attended the Christmas Party will have the option to have a start time of 9am. Must submit lack of work from 6 to 9 am in ADP timecard if choosing this option.
Again, to receive the 4 hour bonus, employees will need to replace the 3 hours earlier in the week to equal their 36 hours.
To receive the 4 hour bonus the following policies still apply:
If absent or tardy on Sunday, Friday or Saturday other than the lack of work time used on day of the party or day after they will not receive the extra 4 hours.
Christmas Hours
December 20th, 21st, & 22nd | Weekend shift will work as-usual.
December 23rd and 24th | Day shift will work.
December 25th | Closed all Day
December 26th | Physical Inventory starting at 6am until everything is counted.
December 27th | Recount employees only.
December 30th & 31st | Any employees needing hours will be allowed to work on projects.
(In the event AAON coils require work during this time, employees may work on AAON coils the 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st.)
January 1st, 2025 | Closed all Day
