Growing Team: Over 150 new team members joined RAE Corporation, bringing our total workforce to 600+ employees.
Safety First: Workplace injuries decreased by 27%, a significant achievement! However, scrap and rework costs increased by $170K, highlighting areas for improvement.
Financial Performance:
Sales Bookings: Forecasted at $115 million, up from $105 million in 2023.
Dollars Shipped: $109 million, reflecting an impressive 26% growth over last year.
Profitability Challenges: Achieved 69% of our goal, down from 2022 and 2023 levels.
On-Time Delivery: 45% to date, a drop from 64% in 2023.
Backlog: $43.5 million, with 2025 projected to be a record-breaking year.
Sales & Operations Updates
Largest Order in History: A groundbreaking $35 million order for NAP.
Sales Records Broken: Coils, RSI, NAP, and Parts all set new benchmarks.
Major Facility Upgrades:
+66,000 sq. ft. of additional manufacturing space.
CO2 Coil Test Chamber rated up to 2000 PSI.
DMTC Test Lab scheduled for completion by December 31, 2024.
Infrastructure enhancements including a parking lot expansion, a new shipping yard, and office/bathroom renovations.
